These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MoveScan AI mobile and web services. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time from the iOS app (Settings → Connect → Delete Account) or by contacting [email protected].

Subscription

Paid plans renew according to the billing interval selected at checkout. Trials convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends. Subscription management for business accounts is available at app.movescanai.com.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or upload unlawful content. Survey images must comply with customer consent requirements in your jurisdiction.

AI-generated content

MoveScan uses automated analysis to suggest inventory items and generate documents. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before sharing them with customers or carriers.

Limitation of liability

MoveScan AI is provided as a software service. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. See your order form for enterprise SLAs.
